1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the LifeKernel website ( https://lifekernel.top ), our applications (including LifeKernel POS), or our custom software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services & Software Subscriptions
LifeKernel provides retail management systems, point-of-sale software, and custom engineering services. Access to software subscription modules is provided on an active subscription basis under the selected plan terms.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to misuse our systems, interfere with network security, or use the software for unlawful commerce.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
LifeKernel software is provided "as is" and "as available". While our systems are engineered with offline resilience and continuous data safeguards, LifeKernel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or third-party network failures.
